Zambala Luxury Residence - Milano

Very modern, cozy and nice. Fully equipped kitchen covers lack of restaurants nearby. Good value for money if you want a luxury place to stay in.

Location is a bit weird. Construction from all sides but its not that noisy. Around 7 minutes walk to metro station and nearby big supermarket which is manageable.

The design of the hotel is wonderful and very clean.

The doors might be a bit thin, I could hear the people in the corridors; granted it was after 10 am.

Delivered what promised. Clear, clean and silent. Car travelers – absolutely perfect location. You can bring luggage 10m to elevator any stair. Feeling of safety. Proximity to good food store.

View to house construction. Silent even on working day – looks strange but it’s a fact. Minor advice improvement for room: dishwasher should not switch off when room is left - please connect to refrigerator wires. When neighbors is cooking to easy define menu :) . Some decision for cooking hood should be applied.

It was clean.

There was an awful smell in the hallway especially at the stairwell that smelled similar to garbage or a bathroom, not pleasant at all. Metal curtains were very strange, wanted to let more light in and it was difficult.

They do not welcome business travelers I am a frequent business traveler and thought I would give it a try at this new residence and ended up in complete disappointment. 1) Location: It is not at all at the city center, if you want to have nice dinner in the city center or enjoy around the city at night, you wouldn't want to go all the way back 2) Noisy and disturbing because there is construction going on and ugly construction site next to it 3) When I checked out, I was asked to pay extra 25 Euros for late check in (they start to bill you when you check in after 8pm). One staff was very rude and claim that I didn't read their policy in their WEBSITE (I later found out that it is not written anywhere in the site). I explained to that I booked through Booked.net and was not aware of the policy (Nothing written about that in the Booked.net confirmation) and she insisted that it is my fault and I have to pay up 4) They do not have my company American express because their credit card machine doesn't work so I have to pay with my personal debit card 5) There is no decent restaurant/bar around (except a chinese bar), no where to have a normal breakfast (because there is no restaurant nor bar in the residence) 6) The design is new and the room is spacious but it's extremely cold, it's not at all cozy, even all of the above was perfect, I won't want to stay there just because you do not feel comfortable inside I think it will be great if they focus on the basic - making the travelers comfortable and be nice to them than selling all these marketing ideas about concept and eco-sustainability

Rooms are completely served with cooking utensils etc. Staff are friendly and helpful and the location is very quiet.

The building has teething problems: the fire alarm goes off just by cooking, and the residence staff are not within reach to quickly switch it off, it took a while for the guests to figure out how to contact them. The WiFi signal was not strong enough from my room, that was annoying.

Spent only one night in Zamba, perfect and clean residence, friendly and helpfull stuff. Liked it very much, for sure will come back!

A little bit far from the center, perfect for travellers with car

this place is just great. all the furniture is design and everything is just so perfect.

the location is not very close to center and the closest public transportation is 1 km far

Great place! Brand new hotel, huge rooms, nice modern design, clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen! Comfortable orthopedics bed (means healthy but tough ;o) Big Esselunga market is 15 min walking distance, you can drive there in 5 min. The underground is also 15 min walking distance and bring you to the center in 10 min. In 2 week time we'll stay again in this hotel!

The apartment (dishes not including) was clean and nice.

Unfortunately we were very annoyed about the service. Although i asked several times and even different employees to make sure we get clean dishes, nothing happened. The problem was that there was no cleansing material for the dishwasher and no purifier in the apartment. So i asked for this repeatedly and they always told me the staff will do this... but no one did something anyway. Very poor! Another bad thing was the internet issue. You only get a limited data volume, means when you reach the limit you have no internet anymore. When this happens after/before someone is at the reception you get a bad break. Annoying!

The room was very nice, clean and well furnished. We just missed a microwave oven to warm baby food. The residence is very nice and the relationship between price and benefit is very good.

We were with 1 kid and 1 baby and was rainning when we arrived. The reception area is not covered enough in order to avoid being wetted.

good location near city

location of the hotel is not clear and needs bigger signs as i was lost on the way and had to drive on the street for a few times to find it.

We loved everything! And we would stay in this facility again if we are in Milan!

酒店距离中国驻米兰领事馆不远，距离最近的一个地铁站步行约10分钟。房间宽敞，设施很好，可以在领事馆附近的中国超市买东西自己在房间内做饭吃。酒店老板十分热情，可以帮忙预定接送机场的车。酒店有免费的无线网。

It was a really clean place, I made the check in earlier and the check out later without any charge. I love the bed and sheets, the place is modern and comfortable.

I did not had microwave, espresso machine, dish machine or anything to wash the dishes with, no paper towels or any other towels in the kitchen. The construction site in front of the hotel was making a lot of noise.
